Natalie Woszczak Psy.D, NJCSP

Dr. Natalie Woszczak is a Licensed Psychologist and New Jersey Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Woszczak earned her Master’s and Doctorate in Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. She completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship in clinical child psychology at an outpatient private practice that specializes in evidence based treatment.

Dr. Woszczak has expertise in psychological and psycho-educational testing of children and adolescents for giftedness, ADHD, learning disorders, processing weaknesses, and a variety of psychological disorders. She is well-versed in the special education process in New Jersey.

Dr. Woszczak specializes in evidence-based treatment. She has advanced training and experience utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Parent Management Training (PMT). Her areas of expertise include treatment of generalized anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, school refusal, behavioral disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders in children and adolescents. She also provides parent-based psychological treatment.

Dr. Woszczak also works as a school psychologist in an out-of-district placement for students with significant mental health and behavioral challenges. Through this role, she provides mental health counseling to students and consults with school personnel by providing them with strategies for effectively meeting the behavioral and emotional needs of students within this setting.

 

Dr. Woszczak is a member of The American Psychological Association (APA), The New Jersey Psychological Association (NJPA), and the New Jersey Association of School Psychologists (NJASP).
